Third annual meeting of the transport board and local association representatives

The transport board and local association representatives of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) held its third annual meeting on March 1997. The participants built on the previous work and took advantage of the impeding election to update delegates on the transport policies of the main political parties, discuss private finance initiatives and forthcoming action for transport investment, and review recent developments in highway improvement and construction.
