摘要
A kind of neural network - radial basis function network is proposed to solve the problem brought by invalid parameter in a performance monitoring system of steam turbine unit. This network has good stability and accuracy. This paper Introduces how to use the network to simulate the parameter. At the same time, the paper puts forward to a method about off-line training by MATLAB. This method is simple and convenient to deal with the invalid parameter.
