摘要
This paper presents a reflection type phase shifter composed of quasi-transmission-line variable reactors and an impedance transforming hybrid coupler. We clarify how the low loss variation and the wide-relative phase shift is obtained by adjusting the parameters of these parts. Calculation results reveal that there is the trend that the characteristic impedance of the coupler and the electrical length of the transmission line are small values for the low loss variation and the wide-relative phase shift, respectively.
