Oscillation and nonoscillation in neutral equations with integrable coefficients

摘要
We obtain, respectively, new sufficient conditions for the oscillation of all solutions and the existence of a positive solution of the neutral delay differential equation d/dt [x(t) - P(t)x(t - tau)] + Q(t)x(t - delta) = 0, t greater than or equal to t(0), where tau, delta is an element of (0, infinity), P,Q is an element of C([t(0), infinity),R+), and integral(t0)(infinity) Q(s) ds < infinity.
