摘要
The mandatory pooling and the bilateral transactions are two alternative structures developed for operation in the restructured electric market. Each of these structures requires a centralized operational entity to maintain the reliability of the system and to manage the transmission grid. The economic implications of this alternative operating arrangements for electric supply industry (ESI) are presented.
