摘要
The Magnet (R) journey has increased in relevance as the sources of evidence reflect the complex role of the nurse in quality, safety, and the patient care experience. Creating a business case to secure the resources required to embark and travel on the Magnet journey is an essential tool for the chief nurse. Identifying expenses, cost savings or avoidance, and return on investment for nursing services are all important elements of a business case.
