摘要
In order to process the non-stationary vibration signals such as speed up or speed down signals effectively, a new method order spectrum matrix to analyze the instantaneously signals in the rotate mechanism is explored. Firstly, The vibration signals and the speed signals at start-up in gearbox are sampled in time-domain using B&K3560 multi-analyzer and then resampled the speed signals in angle-domain using spline interpolation arithmetic, so the constant angle increments data of the speed signals are obtained and then the vibration signals are resampled too. The data of the vibration signals are analyzed using order tracking analysis in angle domain, and then the data are analyzed with order spectrum matrix. The outcome shows it can avoid effectively the "frequency smear" phenomenon with order tracking technology, which cannot be solved with the traditional frequency spectrum method. The mesh information of gear can be distilled with order spectrum. The fault information, which lies in gearbox and diversification circs following the rotate speed, can be revealed with order spectrum matrix. It is trenchancy supplement for traditional spectrum analysis, and has more amplitude appliance foreground.
