摘要：

The therapy of fibromyalgia is based on conservative therapeutic approaches such as increased physical activity, supportive physiotherapy and coping strategies. Secondarily, pain-modulating therapies can be used. A first line therapy with NSAIDs or opioids is not recommended. This article will discuss the current evidence based therapeutic concepts as well as promising new therapeutic approaches. © Georg Thieme Verlag KG, Stuttgart. New York.
