摘要：

For each surface , we define max is a class two graph with maximum degree that can be embedded in . Hence Vizing's Planar Graph Conjecture can be restated as if is a sphere. For a surface , if , is already known. In this paper, we show that if is a surface of characteristic chi(Sigma) is an element of {-6, -7}.
