摘要
This article firstly established the project risk evaluation index system, based on the detailed analysis of the project's internal and external environment factors, then determined each risk factors' numerical appraisal value by adopting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and set up a risk comprehensive evaluation analysis model, that is based on BP neural network, lastly carried on the simulation test combining with the typical project cases, and obtained the more satisfactory result. This provided a new method and idea to solve the complex project's risk comprehensive evaluation, and which has a good application prospect.
