摘要
The Sb-modified PLZT with a general formula [Pb-0.92(La1-zSbz)(0.08)(Zr0.65Ti0.35)(0.99)]O-3 (z = 0.0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1) were prepared by a solid-state reaction technique. Detailed studies of the effect of Sb in small concentration on structure, microstructure, electrical as well as electromechanical properties of the PLZT ceramics have been completed. Preliminary X-ray diffraction study of the materials suggested the formation of single-phase compound. SEM studies reveal the presence of homogeneous grain with a certain degree of porosity. The electrical and electromechanical properties of the compounds have provided their interesting ferroelectric and sensing properties. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
