摘要
In this paper, the development status of national fitness has reviewed starting from various policies and regulations of national fitness from 1995 to 2015 by using the method of literature and case analysis and the present situation of national fitness is discussed. Through analysis it is considered that since the enactment of "National Fitness Program", national fitness has great development, but there are still many problems in the development of national fitness campaign. There are still many misunderstandings of fitness consciousness, and the physical constitution of students in school is still worrying. China's rural mass sports development is slow, so it is a common task of the whole society to develop people's fitness in the whole society, we should seize the development opportunities now and launch the whole society's sense of responsibility, and promote the development of nationwide fitness.
