Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Cell Growth Suppression and Inhibition of Invasion through Involvement of miR-497

摘要
The present study was aimed to explore the effect of migracin-A on non-small cell lung cancer to offer novel ideas for clinical therapy. The SNHG12, miR-497-5p and AMOT expression in peripheral blood of both groups and their expression in cancerous tissues and precancerous tissues in the RG were quantified. The impact of SNHG12 on the biological behaviour of H1299 cells and its regulation on miR-4975p and AMOT were analysed. The results revealed that SNHG12 and AMOT presented high expression in NSCLC cases, while miR-497 presented low expression. SNHG12 exerted a negative regulation on miR-497 expression, but showed a synergistic association with AMOT. In vitro assays, increasing SNHG12 intensified the invasion, proliferation, as well as migration of H1299 cell. Additionally, SNHG12 down regulated miR497 and up regulated AMOT. In conclusion, SNHG12 and AMOT accelerate the growth and migration of NSCLC cells through binding to miR-497-5p via targeted competition. Therefore, SNHG12 and AMOT can act therapeutic target for development of treatment for NSCLC.
