摘要
This paper proposes a new high step-up dc-dc converter with quasi-Z-source network and switched-capacitor cell (HSU-qZS-SC). Static and dynamic analysis are developed for continuous conduction mode (CCM) and the corroboration of the theoretical analysis is made through experimental results obtained in a 200 W prototype, considering an input voltage of 20 V, a switching frequency of 50 kHz and output voltage of 300 V.
