摘要
Long titanium oxide nanotubes are fabricated by dissolution and recrystallization. The length of the nanotubes is more than 120 mu m and the diameter of the nanotubes is about 50 nm. The resistivity of titanium oxide can be decreased by doping and/or reduction. Long titanium oxide nanotubes are expected for many electrical device applications such as sensor, electrode. FET, photocatalyst, and dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC; Gratzel cells).
