摘要
The aim of research was to analyse the effect of an application of concentrated mixtures containing a different share of soybean and sunflower extracted meals in goose broiler feeding. In total, 120 White Koluda (R) geese of the line W31 raised under an intensive system up to 10 weeks of age were used in the experiment. The studies showed that the body weight as well as carcass weight and carcass tissue composition of 10-week-old broilers were not negatively influenced by substitution of soybean extracted meal with varying amounts of sunflower extracted meal in the concentrated mixtures. However, it did influence chemical composition of breast muscles and the profile of fatty acids of breast muscles, thigh and shank muscles, skin with subcutaneous fat, and abdominal fat.
