摘要
With the upcoming 2010's World Expo, Shanghai's tourism industry will meet another golden opportunity. The tourism image is one of the most important factors affecting the sustainable development of tourism industry. The research object of this paper is whether the tourists are satisfied with Shanghai's tourism image or not. At first, the paper has selected 16 indexes, which have great influences on their attitude, and designed a questionnaire aimed to do an empirical investigation. Moreover, the factor analysis method has been used in the paper to analyze the statistics collected from the investigation. Finally, the paper has set up the index system for evaluating attitudes and the integrated measurement model of Shanghai's tourism image, which offer some valuable references to the sustainable development of Shanghai's tourism industry.
