摘要
In the late 20th century, globalization created both opportunities and threats for the countries around the globe, the developing ones in particular. Considering the importance of globalization and its impacts on the cultural and organizational structures, this study aims at dealing with the theories of globalization and its effect on organizational culture to Improve the organization management. This study is library based. The findings indicate that organizational culture plays a very significant role in the attainment of organization objectives, strategies, effectiveness and change management to help the organizations to cope with the challenges and to reach development in line with globalization in the 21st century.
