摘要
In this present work, complex formation of polyacrylic acid (PAA) with bovine serum albumin (BSA) in the presence of divalent copper ions (Cu2+) was investigated using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). HPLC results determined the most suitable metal concentration and protein/polymer ratio for maximum complex formation between polymer and protein molecules. Copyright (C) 2004 John Wiley Sons, Ltd.
