摘要
In this paper, a theoretical and numerical discussion of a multilayered organic structure for solar energy applications have been presented. Both normal and oblique light illuminations of perpendicular (TE) polarization are considered. Based on implementation of the boundary conditions of TE electromagnetic waves, the optical electric fields at each layer interface are deduced. The mentioned optical fields and the exciton generation rate are computed and illustrated versus the angle of incidence, the layer thickness and the structural parameters. The obtained results are helpful and promising for design future organic solar cell structures.
