摘要
All countries are faced with two international problems: environmental pollution and resources shortage. Therefore, sustainable development has become the focus of the international community. Taking the textile industry as an example, on the one hand, with the increasing population, the problems of the world textile industry outstandingly embodies the raw materials shortage and substantial appreciation of prices. On the other hand, a large amount of textile wastes, including scraps, leftover bits and pieces, waste yarns and silks, scrap pieces of cloth and everyday waste textiles and other waste textiles in the production process are incinerated or landfilled. It led to resources waste and environmental pollution. For this reason, how to minimize environmental pollution while addressing the crisis of textile resource shortage through recycling, developing and reusing textile wastes is an issue of common concern for the international community.
