Autocollimator have very wide applications in produce of instrument, machine and metrical technology. They are used for ensuring status of details, units and planes, for the control of optical details and straightforwardness directing, and for the control of the displacement of revolving converters, in the national standard planar angle. Autocollimator have different error in the most status. Creating the model of compensating error for researching on those errors through MATLAB system is very convenience and fast. Error caused by vignetting of beam in autocollimation measurements. The purpose of work is research on creating a model to compensate the error in measurements. The model is created by system MATLAB.
