Sustained release of isosorbide-5-mononitrate: Efficacy in patients with stable effort angina

摘要：
Repetitive exercise tests on veloergometer were used for the study of efficacy of long-acting isosorbide-5-mononitrate in patients with stable effort angina and reproducible myocardial ischemia. Both single close and course treatment for 1 month produced substantial antianginal and antiischemic effects, Tolerance to the drug developed in 1 of 28 patients.
