摘要
Cyclodextrins (CD) are cyclic oligosaccharides that are composed of five or more alpha-D-glucopyranoside units arranged to form molecular cavities with beta-cyclodextrin consisting of seven anhydroglucose units. The inclusion of ferrocene as a guest molecule in a beta-cyclodextrin derivative monomer (monochlorotriazinyl-beta-cyclodextrin) and in a derivative bound to cotton fabrics has been studied by infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The stability of the inclusion complex could be proven, although ferrocene itself shows a rather high sublimation pressure at room temperature. Raman spectroscopy delivers more significant and straight-forward structural information than the much less pronounced infrared spectral changes of the inclusion complex when compared to the spectra of water-loaded cyclodextrin cavities.
