摘要
Two new chalcones, podocarchalcones A and B (1 and 2), together with five known chalcones (3-7), were isolated from the whole plants of Desmodium podocarpum. All of their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR. Compounds 1-7 were evaluated for their anti-tobacco mosaic virus (anti-TMV) activity, and they exhibited activity with inhibition rates in the range of 15.2-22.4%, respectively.
