摘要
Nephroblastoma (Wilms' tumor) is an embryonic tumor, an adenomyosarcoma that is casuistically rarely encountered in adults. It most commonly develops in children aged I to 5 years. This type of malignancy does not usually spread to the myocardium. The paper presents a clinical case of Wilms' tumor in an adult female patient with a solitary metastasis in the heart.
