摘要：

The article presents the research results on the problem of information technologies application in management of the innovative potential development. Influence of the financial crisis upon the process of computing machinery provision for small business is revealed. Classification of functions and means of the automated control systems in management is carried out. Measures improving the information support for the management for the innovative potential development are offered.
