摘要
In real solid and liquid metals, the temperature dependence of diffusion coefficient deviates from the Arrhenius law due to the lack of ideality. To the first approximation, this deviation is described by a temperature correction to the Arrhenius law, which is similar to the pressure and volume corrections in the equation of state of the real gas. Therefore, the diffusion coefficient takes the following form: D = D(0)exp[E / k(T + T-0)]. It was shown that this temperature dependence is confirmed by the available experimental data on the diffusion coefficients in solid and liquid metals.
