Determination of Fluorobenzoic Acid by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis

摘要
A method has been developed for the determination of 10 fluorobenzoic acids by capillary zone electrophoresis. The influence factors of the separation including components and pH of the buffer solution, concentrations of additive and separation voltage were investigated. Optimized parameters were as follows: separation voltage of 17 kV, 30 mmol/L beta-CD +22 mmol/L borax buffer solution (pH 8.80) and a detection wavelength of 214 nm. Under the specified conditions, ten fluorobenzoic acids were completely separated in 7.5 min. The LOD was achieved in the range of 0.8 - 4.5 mg/L, the repeatabilities of peak area (RSD) were 0.3% - 4.3%, and the recoveries ranged from 88.9% - 102.8%. This method is efficient, fast and simple.
