摘要
The chinese university library evaluation indicator system and evaluation methods were studied. We use principal component analysis to determine the initial weight, and create a matrix and the initial ultra-weighted matrix, and using Fuzzy-C-Means (FCM) algorithm model. Since the matrix multiply, making the convergence of the plot by ultra-matrix weight limit and ultimately determine the index weight. As a result, the method that the method of assessment in the university library in the feasibility and reasonable.
