摘要
Numerical simulations of turbulent channel flow have been developed to investigate the coupled two-phase flow dynamics of micro-bubbles in water. The bubble phase is included by the parallel force-coupling method and incorporated into a spectral/hp element code. The simulation procedures are described for systems with over 20,000 bubbles with good scalabilities and results are given showing evidence for drag reduction by the micro-bubbles.
