摘要
In this paper, a general weighted-average consensus protocol is proposed for multi-agent systems with double-integrator dynamics, Necessary and sufficient conditions for solving the weighted-average consensus problem are obtained, namely, all the gains realizing the weighted-average consensus can be described. Moreover, a periodic consensus protocol is obtained as a special case.
