Research on the Industrial Cluster Evolution Path Based on the Regional Innovation Network

In this research paper, we conduct theoretical research on the industrial cluster evolution path based on the regional innovation network. Area of the behavior of the individual in the process of network connection of collective learning, and promote regional innovation network and the regional innovation environment of interaction, and thus achieve the spatial agglomeration of the enterprise and the sustainable development of the new industrial district. From the theoretical analysis in the research we propose following suggestions. (1) Enterprises and institutions should be in technology licensing and achievement transfer, joint development, technology consultation, etc, to cooperate actively. Set up the mechanism of talent training, colleges and universities and research institutions can be independent cultivation or combined with the enterprise. (2) Shall establish and improve the high-tech zone incubation network, through hatch information network and communication industry group, realization of the sharing of resources, services and the complementary advantages. (3) Based on the launch of the gem market, the government on the one hand, to standardize the gem and main board market, the positive development of enterprise property rights trading market, entrepreneurial venture capital exit channels in our country as soon as possible.
