摘要
The aim of this work is however to describe the macromolecules effects on the phases diagram behavior of a ternary system (water/surfactant/oil), and a pseudoternary one (water + polymer/surfactant + co-surfactant/oil). Thus, achieving this, several parameters have been considered in these experiments, which are thought to influence the stability of the formulation, such as the concentrations of anionic surfactants (sodium dodecyl sulfate: SDS and linear alkyl benzene sodium sulfonate: LABSNa), co-surfactant: Pentanol and water-soluble charged polymer Polyvinylpyrolidone: PVP) on the phase behavior of pseudoternary systems. Our results revealed however the appearance of several domains while varying each species composition in mixture, where these domains in the phase diagram have been consequently attributed to the formation of different Winsor systems. Otherwise, the interactions' effects on the behavior of some selected systems have been however evaluated by conductivity and rheological measurements. In particular, throughout of this study, two laws seem to describe therefore the rheological behavior of these systems (yield stress fluid, water/PVP/CTA/Oil 30% PVP), and fluids without yield stress (Newtonian).
