摘要
The temperature of twelve different spots are monitored which are in different height and different radius of the fermenting vessel when making dry red wine. All the temperatures of the different spots gotten at the same time in the vessel are expressed in a plane. The instantaneous temperature distribution map is gained. The map will not only offer gist to temperature control during fermentation, but also offer references for the production of fermentor.
