摘要
Recently, there is a surge of marketization of public project in the world, and it really has a good economical effect. Over time, our construction of public project mostly depends on government investment, and it is in a low level of marketization, however, due to the restriction of financial fund, it results in that the demand of economy outweighs the construction of public project. In order to deal with the massive lack of investment, this paper puts forward that sources of investment must be diversified according to the analysis combined with quantitative and qualitative, it analyzes the current problems existed in the operating process and the countermeasure as well, expecting to provide guarantee to the marketization operation of public project.
