RESEARCH OF ACOUSTIC MONITORING REGULARITIES IN A JET GRINDING PROCESS

摘要
Process of jet grinding should be designed to predict grinded product parameters, such as particles size, amount of grinded products. To get information related to this parameters a acoustic emission method was used. A reliable correlation between energy of acoustic signals and the size of grinded particles distribution was established. Analysis of acoustic signals amplitudes are recommended for the forecast grinding efficiency and the kinetic changes of the acoustic emission can be interpreted as the changes in the grinding system.
