摘要
Nowadays core competence is the focus of the knowledge strategy management. To explore the relationship between core competence and associated components, the article compared and analyzed the different models of of knowledge strategy, core competence, performance and associated components. By analyzing the secondary data of the related literatures, we point out that knowledge strategy directs the operation of capability and resource, which are the input of core competence. The output of the core competence is the organizational performance. Organizational performance will adjust the future knowledge strategy.
