摘要
In the CRM, there has been a phenomenon of "rich data but lack of knowledge". In view of the market customer classification problem in CRM, in this paper, the data mining technology was put forward, the best division standard was determined. Then, according to apply the decision tree classification algorithm in data mining into the CRM system, and excavate the sales law of the enterprise products and the characteristics of customer groups, the analysis ability of the CRM on the sales and marketing activities was improved, which ultimately provided a strong technical support for formulating the product development, production, sales and service strategies, and then, the development of the enterprise was more scientific.
