摘要
Dual-use technology policy has become one of the core components of the national technology policies among developed countries during the last decade, and scholars as well as governmental officials in China are now more and more interested in this field. In this paper 'dual-use' is seen as a new mode of military technological innovation. From this perspective, the evolvement of modes of military technological innovation is explored, and then a brief literature review, on 'dual-use' is presented. Finally the definition of the dual-use mode and possible research in the future are discussed.
