摘要：
Calyceal diverticula are usually asymptomatic intrarenal anatomical aberrations, unless they become a source of recurrent hematuria or manifest as pain related to stones within. Various treatment options exist, ranging from noninvasive shock wave lithotripsy (SWL) to percutaneous or laparoscopic procedures. Ureter-renoscopic retrograde techniques, in selected cases, offer the efficacy of intracorporeal lithotripsy and also address the primary anatomical problem, while having less morbidity than percutaneous or laparoscopic approaches.
