摘要
This article provides a study on the development of the reflective competency in the educators or mathematics teachers in the initial education stage. The purpose is to describe the formative cycle used to develop such competency in an educator. It is a qualitative case study gathering data through interviews, observation and documents. The results show the process to adopt and apply the didactic aptitude criteria and how its use impacts the redesign of the proposed teaching processes.
