摘要
Multi-campus university as the product of educational system reform has its advantages, but also brings about resources allocation problems. This article discusses this issue based on the CAS theory. Multi-agent as a sort of CAS shows not only the general characteristics Of CAS but also its particular attributes. It is tentative to build the multi-campus university into a multi-agent organization in order to optimize the allocation of resources in this article. It firstly introduces the principles of CAS theory and multi-agent organization and explains the feasibility and rationality of using it examining multi-campus university. It then compares the different resources allocation ways in traditional and multi-agent organization. At last, it presents a framework of multi-agent organization and explains its. practical applications in allocating resources.
