摘要
In the present investigation, attempts were made to develop water/Transcutol/ethylene glycol (EG)/Capryol-90 green nanoemulsions for the removal of diclofenac sodium (DS) from aqueous solution. Various green nanoemulsions were prepared by oil phase titration method. Removal of DS was influenced by Capryol-90 & water concentrations, droplet size and viscosity. Based on lowest droplet size (43.6 nm), lowest viscosity (81.4 cP) and highest % removal (94.5%), the green nanoemulsion G(5) containing 20% w/w of water, 50% w/w of surfactant mixture and 30% w/w of Capryol-90 was selected as an optimized formulation for the removal of DS from aqueous solution.
