摘要
Employees' job performance is a necessary tool for the success of any organisation because it can affect both the organisational growth and survival in the long run. As a result, there is an extensive work on determining the factors which can contribute to work performance. Previous research on job performance highlights the importance of job satisfaction and work climate (whether we are talking about interpersonal relations or technical issues), but the effect of family support and opportunities for personal development has been under-researched. As a result, using the 2008 database "Atitudini fata de munca in Romania" the current study aims to test the effect of work climate (mainly supervisor support, colleague support and personal development opportunities) and family support on job satisfaction and job commitment.
