摘要
A short and efficient synthesis of new pyridine-containing lipoxin A4 analogues was developed. These analogues induce phagocytosis of apoptotic polymorphonuclear leukocytes and display antiinflammatory characteristics by suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokine production by macrophages. © 2010 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbHand Co.
