摘要
On the tendency of urbanization, the number of land requisitioned peasants is getting larger and larger, which address the issue of the Human Resource Management (HRM) of land requisitioned peasants community. After the literature review, we found that the research of this domain was focused on the land requisitioned peasants' sustainable living problem from the perspective of public policy. So, the training to enhance land requisitioned peasants' working skill was emphasized by land requisitioned peasants community HRM practice, which can make them become more and more competitive in the labor market. While this paper adopts social capital perspective to analysis the effect to farmers after their land was requisitioned, which may include their identity losing, social trust losing, and life autonomy reduction. So, this paper conforms a model of HRM integration in land requisitioned peasants community, by which the human resource both in and out land requisitioned peasants community will be utilized and developed to a large degree. In all, these HRM practices can rebuild the social capital of land requisitioned peasants, enhance the community development and farmers' citizen identity, and strengthen the cohesion of land requisitioned peasants community.
