It is known a great number designs of piezoelectrik motors which principle of operation is based on use dissymetric fluctuations of a mobile element. For getting of these displacement are used longitudinal fluctuations piezoelectric plates (d(31)) or piezoelectric columns (d(33)) For decrease in motors dimensions and increase of efficiency transformation of dissymetric fluctuations, we develop inertial micromotors with use flexural oscillatory systems. In this article are presented principles of working linear motors with use flexural fluctuations, thin bimorph agglutinate piezoelectric plates, a round and quadrangular profile. Ways of increase the tractive force of the motor are shown. The original, in our opinion, designs of motors are presented, are indicated prospects of their use. Theoretical modelling of converter motors and experimental researches of motors as a whole is presented.
