摘要
We demonstrate an ultra-broadband and high-resolution on-chip spectrometer working at the O band by combining an array of Bragg grating filters and a high-Q micro-resonator. The spectrometer has an ultra-broad operation window of 75 nm as well as a high resolution of 0.1 nm.
