摘要：
The link between mood disorders and nutrition, the mechanisms of which are more clearly understood, now seems to be well established. Indeed, certain micronutrients play an important role in the prevention of these pathologies. Patients presenting such disorders should be advised to either modify their diet or to increase their intake of these nutrients through food supplements. (C) 2019 Elsevier Masson SAS.
